Manage Club

Update Club News:

The Club Manager can publish news bulletins to the Club home page at any time. These news bulletins may include recent events, new Member announcements, or the gloating of a recent Club victory.

To update the Club’s news bulletins, make your desired changes to the headline and body, and then click the UPDATE NEWS button.

Recruiting Members

Recruit Members displays a popup dialog window that allows you to search for other EA SPORTS™ online community Members registered for this game title. Select the Members from the search results you wish to recruit to your Club. Each person you recruit receives a message and is invited to visit your Club home page.

Transferring Management

Transfer Management allows the Club Manager to pass full control of the Club to another Member. By doing so, the Club Manager relinquishes all responsibility and accepts that they no longer have the ability to maintain the Club. To begin the transfer management process, click TRANSFER MANAGEMENT and follow the steps provided onscreen. You will need to select the Club Member you wish to nominate as the new Club Manager. The Member you nominate will be asked to accept or decline the management position. You will be alerted to their decision.

Disbanding your Club

Disband Club ends the Club permanently. You should consider transferring management of the Club to another Member before disbanding a Club. The Club must contain no more than 5 Members before it can be terminated. All Club settings and standings earned for your Club will be lost. Disbanded Club Members will be notified by the system. The profiles and Ratings of the individual players will not be affected when the Club is disbanded. The DISBAND CLUB button displays a popup dialog window from which you must confirm this operation before it will proceed.

Manage Roster List:

The Manage Roster tab lists all active Club members (to a maximum of 32). The weekly Tokens won by the active Club members that are displayed on this list will contribute to the Club's weekly Tokens total. The commands listed in Member Status popup menu for the Members displayed on this list are “Ban” and “Remove”. After selecting “Ban” for a Member on this list, the Member will be moved to the Banned List Tab. Selecting “Remove” for a Member will remove that Member from the Club entirely.

Banned List:

The Banned List displays Members that have been banned from the Club by the Club Manager. While Banned the Member may not enter, or re-join the Club. The commands listed in Member Status popup menu for the Members displayed on this list are “Unban” and “Remove”. When “Unban” is selected, Members will be moved from the Banned List to the Approved List. Selecting “Remove” for a Member will remove that Member from the Club entirely and they will be free to re-join.
