Create MatchUp

MatchUp Name

Enter the name of your MatchUp game. Use something unique so as to distinguish your MatchUp from the rest.

Room

The name of the room that your game will be created in.

Rated Game

If a MatchUp is marked as “Rated” the results of each game will impact the personal Rating of the participants. An unrated MatchUp offers no Token rewards for the participants.

Private

A private game includes a password that players must enter in order to participate. This is a good way to control who your participants will be. Check the Private checkbox and enter a password. Don’t forget your password! You can share your password with other Members or your friends using the Message command (from the Member’s popup menu) or use the whisper chat feature to send it to selected Members in the room occupants’ list.

Entry Fee

You may set an entry fee for your MatchUp that you and your opponent(s) will be required to pay to enter. The Token rewards will equal the total amount of the participant’s entry fees minus 10%25.

Ranked

With ranked games you and your opponents will play online according to the official rules of online game play. The official rules are established by the EA SPORTS™ online service. Only ranked games qualify for Leaderboard Rankings.

Unranked Game Setup:

Choosing to create an unranked game allows you to edit the settings of game play to meet your personal preferences. Unranked games will not be Ranked games and therefore will not count toward your Leaderboard placement.
