Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec).
U.S. legal residents must be 18 years or older to win cash prizes. Canadian legal residents must have reached the age of majority in their state/province of residence to participate.
1. Entry
If you are a member of the EA SPORTS Online service, you can enter by following the directions below. To enter without being a member of the EA SPORTS Online service, please go to http://play.pogo.com/help/how-to-win.jsp?site=pogo
To enter:
1) Win Tokens by participating in any EA SPORTS Online tournaments or other features, or by playing any of the following games on www.pogo.com: 5 Alarm Trivia, Ali Baba Slots, Big Shot Roulette, Bump, Buckaroo Blackjack, Dominoes, Double Deuce Poker, EA SPORTS Triviatron, First Class Solitaire, Gold Medal Trivia, The Great Pogini, Highland Golf, Jokers Wild Poker, Jumble Bees, Pebble Beach Golf, Photons, Primetime Pitch, Poppit!, Sci-Fi Slots, Showbiz Slots, Spooky Slots, Sweet Tooth, The Sims Virtual Date, Triviatron II, Turbo 21, Video Poker, Word Riot, Word Whomp.
2) Once you have 100 or more Tokens, go to Prizes.
3) On My Prize Page, exchange your Tokens for tickets
4) 100 Tokens = 1 ticket
5) Enter tickets in any cash or merchandise drawing
Note that Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be directly exchanged for cash. The use of any automated system to accumulate Tokens is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Users may only accumulate Tokens with one type, version or copy of a browsing software application at any one time. Electronic Arts may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who Electronic Arts, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility

Employees, officers, and directors of Electronic Arts, its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.

3. Prize Drawings
The Prize Drawings are:
o $50 Daily Prize Drawing - Total prize is $50 cash. The drawing is held at approximately 9:00 PM Pacific Time each day. The entry period for each day's drawing begins at 9:01 PM Pacific Time and ends at 9:00 PM Pacific Time the following day.
o $250 Weekly Prize Drawing - Total prize is $250 cash. The drawing is held at approximately 9:00 PM Pacific Time every Monday. The entry period for each week's drawing begins every Monday at 9:01 PM and ends at 9:00 PM the following Monday.
o $1000 Monthly Prize Drawing - Total prize is $1000 cash. The drawing is held at approximately 9:00 PM Pacific Time on the first day of every month. The entry period for each month's drawing begins the first day of every month at 9:01 PM and ends at 9:00 PM the first day of the following month.
These prize drawings may be changed or discontinued by EA at any time. If EA changes or discontinues any prize drawings, EA will provide notice of the change on the entry page.
All dollar amounts are given in U.S. currency. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that Electronic Arts may substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
4. Notification of Winners; Prize Redemption
Electronic Arts will notify winners by e-mail at the address provided upon registration. Electronic Arts is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notification. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry via e-mail, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
Winners will be required to complete (in writing) an Affidavit of Eligibility and to provide their full name, address, city, state, postal code, Social Security Number (or Canadian Social Insurance Number) and date of birth, and, where lawful, a Liability and Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification, or winner's prize may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law. In order to be declared a winner, Canadian residents may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.
E-mail notifications do not constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind. Electronic Arts will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize.
In the event a winner does not or cannot accept any prize for any reason within seven (7) days after being notified by Electronic Arts that he/she is the winner, his/her prize will be forfeited.
Prizes will be mailed as checks, in U.S. dollars, within thirty (30) business days after Electronic Arts' receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release.
By accepting the Prize and executing the Liability and Publicity Release, each winner agrees that Electronic Arts may post winner's name on a list of winners, and may use winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements made by winner (if true) for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
5. Disclaimers
Electronic Arts, its agents and representatives are not responsible for: (a) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; (b) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials; (c) any computer transmissions; (d) malfunctions of any kind of telephone equipment, electronic devices, computer hardware or software, computer networks or the Internet; or (e) inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive, entry information by Electronic Arts on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.
Electronic Arts, its agents and representatives are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of the user's participation in EA SPORTS Online or at www.pogo.com, the user's downloading any information necessary to participate in EA SPORTS Online or pogo.com or to earn Tokens. Electronic Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the prize drawings in whole or in part, for any reason.
6. General Terms and Conditions
By participating in the EA SPORTS Online prize drawings, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
By participating in the EA SPORTS Online service, and/or the pogo.com games listed in Section 1 above, each participant agrees to release and hold Electronic Arts and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Electronic Arts, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize drawings, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
All entries become the exclusive property of Electronic Arts, and as such, Electronic Arts has the right to edit, adapt, modify, publish, promote and otherwise use or not use the entries and the information contained therein in any way it sees fit. Entries will not be returned.
All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
7. Obtaining a list of winners
A list of winners for the prior month can be viewed on the Recent Winners page, and is also available by sending a stamped, and self-addressed envelope marked to "EA SPORTS Online Prize Winners", c/o Electronic Arts Inc., 300 California Street, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94104.
